Where We Ship
Right now, we're shipping all across Canada - from coast to coast! We're working hard to bring our sustainable furniture to the US soon, so stay tuned if you're south of the border.
What Does Shipping Cost?
Here's the good news: free shipping on orders $800 and above! For our smaller treasures like Bunn bowls and coasters, shipping runs between $25-$35 depending on what you're ordering and where it's headed.
How Long Will It Take?
Since every piece is handcrafted just for you, we begin building your furniture only after you place your order. This ensures you're getting something truly made for your space, not sitting in a warehouse somewhere!
Total time from order to your door: 4-8 weeks
Production time: 4-6 weeks in our Toronto workshop
Shipping time: 7-10 business days (most Canadian cities)
We work hard to get your piece to you as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards, but sometimes the handcrafted process takes a little extra time to get everything just right.

Our Return Policy
At Krisette & Co., we're committed to your complete satisfaction with every piece in our collection. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you envisioned for your space, which is why we've created a straightforward return process.
Returns Made Simple
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at customercare@krisette.com and our team will guide you through the return process. Returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery or pickup, with shipping arrangements and costs managed by you. Return item(s) should be in original packaging and like-new condition. This means that products with any scratches, stains, damages, or modifications cannot be returned.
Once we receive your item back at our studio, we'll promptly process your refund (minus a 20% restocking fee) to your original payment method. If that payment option is no longer available, we'll happily provide an equivalent store credit.
Custom orders are final and non-refundable.
Delivery Damages
Every Krisette & Co. piece undergoes thorough quality inspection before leaving our workshop. We recommend examining your furniture upon delivery and reporting any delivery-related damages or concerns to customercare@krisette.com within 24 hours.
Please keep in mind that we use a combination of natural and engineered materials to build our furniture, which may result in minor variations and imperfections, but are not considered defects. Natural variations in wood products (grain patterns, minor knots, color variations) are generally not considered defects.
Cancelation
Need to change your mind? No problem. Purchases may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement with a full refund.

Our furniture is built for exceptional durability and longevity. Natural characteristics of solid and engineered wood such as subtle movement, grain variations, small knots, and slight colour transformations are part of the authentic character of your piece. Environmental factors including direct sunlight, temperature fluctuations, and humidity variations will naturally influence your furniture over time.

We don't operate a public showroom, but customers can pick up furniture orders directly from our workshop in Toronto's Annex neighborhood. This allows you to see your handcrafted piece before taking it home.
How do I order custom handcrafted furniture?
Custom furniture orders are our specialty! For each dimension you'd like to customize beyond our standard sizes, an additional $100 customization fee applies. For example, if you prefer a table height of 20" instead of our standard height, this would incur one customization fee.

How long does custom furniture take to make?

Yes! Wood finish samples are available in sets of six or twelve pieces. Each sample set includes various wood species and coffee finishes to help you choose the perfect combination for your space. Note that samples show grain patterns and colors but not actual wood thickness.

Order cancellation is possible within 24 hours of placing your order through krisette.com. After this window, orders become final as we begin the handcrafting process.
